Our main focus as a company is business to business trade and we pride ourselves on providing a personal service to all of our trade customers. It is important to us that our products are displayed and sold at their very best and we work hard to ensure that you carry the stock you need to meet your customer requirements. We have worked alongside our current stockists to develop a clear understanding of our range and have further developed our packaging and pricing to respond to our trade customer needs. Our minimum orders are low and although it is rare we hate to see unsold stock so will work with you to replace products that haven’t worked as well as others in our range.
During 2015 we are developing delivery rounds across the whole of the North East, Northumberland and North Yorkshire. Outside this area a courier service will be used for delivery.

Large scale bespoke orders
We have been lucky in the last couple of years to work with two major North East Regional Tourist Attractions – Kielder Winter Wonderland (winner of Event of the Year 2014) who we have supplied over 10,000 Smart Cookie Mixes and Christmas Eve Kits to in the last 13 months, and we supply a branded full range of products to Beamish Museum for their gift shop which are proving hugely popular all year round.
